Manchester City midfielder Jack Grealish stated the club “feels unstoppable” after a 4-0 win over Real Madrid in the second leg of their Champions League semi-final, but manager Pep Guardiola disagreed, saying, “I don’t like it, every team is stoppable.”
With a 5-1 aggregate win, City advanced to the final against Inter Milan.
Guardiola’s players are currently unbeaten in 23 games, including 15 straight at the Etihad Stadium.
Guardiola responded to Grealish’s “unstoppable” comment by saying:
“No, I don’t like that.
“If you do what you have to do, you can stop any team.”
“It’s great that the players feel that way, but football can change from game to game.” You must maintain your cool.”
