John Terry, a Chelsea great, has sold his 18th century castle in Surrey for £23 million.
By selling the property he acquired for £4.1 million in 2019, the former England star made a whopping £20 million profit.
Terry purchased the building and restored it with his wife Toni, introducing various amenities before finally selling it.
According to The Sun, Terry and his wife have an eye for interior design and have erected a large outdoor swimming pool, a bar, and modernized other rooms.
In addition, the pair built a gym and refurbished the garages to house a series of premium sports automobiles.
The former Chelsea captain has been linked with a return to Stamford Bridge as a manager in the future.four additional houses in the Surrey Estate, one of the most exclusive areas in the United Kingdom.
According to a source, Terry and Toni are interested in making further real estate investments.
“They have made a huge profit which they can now use to invest in other homes. It’s a pretty tidy sideline,” the source said.
