On Tuesday, a Twitter user uploaded the video.
The video included captions.
“FRSC officer slaps motorist who confronted him for allegedly breaking his windscreen in Osun State.”
The motorist may be heard stating in the footage,
“You slapped me after breaking my windscreen, and I didn’t do anything, Mr MJ Oni.”
