Tony Mwaba Kazadi, the Minister of Primary, Secondary, and Technical Education in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), has admitted to impregnating his Deputy Minister, Aminata Namasia, calling it “accidental.”

According to The Heritage Times, a DRC journalist named Lungila John took to Twitter to report the affair between both officials that resulted in the pregnancy of the deputy education minister.

According to local accounts, Kazadi and Namasia developed emotions for each other while working together at the DRC education ministry.

Citizens of the Democratic Republic of the Congo have slammed the couple, accusing them of unethical behavior and immorality.

DRC is a country of shame, according to Archy Lema, a DRC native and Twitter user. Namasia, she claims, does not exist.any young lady in the country with an education

Another Congolese resident stated that if politicians in the country, particularly Kazadi and Namasia, wanted to be referred to as “excellencies” or “honourables,” their behavior should have been more outstanding and honorable, especially given their popularity and affluence in comparison to other Congolese people.According to the Heritage Times, Namasia was named as the Democratic Republic of the Congo’s National Deputy Minister of Primary, Secondary, and Technical Education in Jean-Michel Sama Lukonde’s cabinet on April 12, 2021.

Meanwhile, Aminata chose not to comment on the issue when it first surfaced on social media a few days ago, instead demanding that her privacy be respected.

Beyond my official and public duties, I have a life that must be respected by all,” Aminata said on Twitter. Our Constitution guarantees this right to all Congolese. Tarnishing my reputation should not be condoned.
