The likely next destination for Real Madrid forward Vinicius Junior has been revealed.
According to the Spanish newspaper Nacional, if Qatari Sheikh Jassim takes over Manchester United this summer, the Brazilian might be on his way there.
Talks between Manchester United’s present owners and possible bidders, including Jassin, are still underway.
If his buyout offer is successful, the Qatari billionaire wants to bolster Erik ten Hag’s squad, and he is in a two-horse race with INEOS chairman Sir Jim Ratcliffe for ownership of the Red Devils.
Bids for the Glazers’ ownership have reached roughly £5.5 million, and Jassim wants to bring Vinicius to the Red Devils’ roster, intending to make the Brazilian one of the best paid players in international football.
According to Salary Sport, Vinicius’ current contract at the Bernabeu pays him £186,000 per year.
Despite the racial abuses he faces in Spain, Madrid President Florentino Perez is allegedly sure that the Brazilian would not quit.
