On a Thursday afternoon at 4 p.m., Hilda Baci turned on the cooker to begin her daring expedition. The mood was tense at Amore Gardens in Lekki, Lagos State, as Hilda prepared for an onerous assignment that would put her abilities, endurance, and resolve to the test.
Hilda’s goal was simple: she wanted to break Lata Tondon’s existing Guinness World Record of 87 hours and 45 minutes. Hilda persevered with each passing hour, displaying her culinary prowess and winning the hearts of the audience.
