Due to Elon Musk’s $44 billion acquisition, Twitter Inc. fired over half of its workforce on Friday. Twitter Inc. is now begging with the hundreds of employees who were let go to return.
According to two persons familiar with the changes, some of the workers who are being invited to come back were unintentionally fired.
Others were fired before management acknowledged the value of their labor and experience in developing the brand-new features Musk dreams up, according to the employees, who asked to remain anonymous to discuss sensitive matters.
