The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) says that the sudden fire at its Directorate Headquarters has been put out.

In a statement, the Scheme’s Director of Press and Public Relations, Eddy Megwa, said that the FCT and Federal Fire Service Departments put out the fire.

“The fire that broke out at 7:30 a.m. on November 4, 2022, was contained to the third floor of the six-story building, which is home to the Planning Research and Statistics Department and the General Service Department. It only affected one room with electronic devices,”

“Luckily, no one died, and all important documents were quickly evacuated and kept safe.”

What was said was.

The Scheme said that it was very grateful to the Federal and FCT Fire Service Departments for how quickly they responded to the fire, which helped keep the damage to a minimum.

It also “thanks all security agencies for the important jobs they did during the sad event.”
