If elected president, Tinubu vows to replenish Lake Chad

Despite the fact that Nigerians are starving, according to Bola Tinubu, the APC’s presidential candidate, they can control their hunger.

This was said on Tuesday by the former governor of Lagos State at the Kolmani Integrated Development Project, or KIPRO, official flag-off event in Bauchi State.

He asserted that President Muhammadu Buhari has led the nation toward prosperity and predicted that history would be kind to him as a former military who stepped in to save his nation during a time of crisis.

Whatever people write about you in traditional media, on social media, or in articles, history will be extremely good to you since you belong to the elite group of famous retired generals who came to save their nation.

Although we may feel hungry, we can control it since we don’t want to harm one another. You offered us a road to success and prosperity today.

“The West and Europe are the only things I might wish to leave out and argue against. They encourage us to be mindful because they utilize our coal and fuel to grow their economy, but I admire your response.

“We can’t go without food and perish from starvation. We are in a position where we must provide for ourselves unless they compensate us.

Mr. Tinubu also gave the president assurances that, if elected, he would see to it that Lake Chad was “recharged” in order to combat national hunger.

“You often bring up Lake Chad when we talk about the problems with terrorism and the lack of food. Okay, let me guarantee you that if I win the presidency, I will refuel Lake Chad.
