Asiayei Enaibo and Emily Ekanpou, both from the Delta, went ahead with their traditional wedding despite the flood that is destroying the Akparemogbene community.
On Thursday, November 3, 2022, the traditional wedding took place in Ayakoromo, Burutu Local Government Area, Delta state, Nigeria.
For the ceremony, the couple and their guests took a boat to a platform built in the middle of the flooded town.
