Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, the presidential candidate for the All Progressives Congress, is thought to be the most marketable candidate among those running for office in the 2023 elections, according to pioneer chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission Nuhu Ribadu.

This was said by Ribadu, who also serves as the Presidential Campaign Council’s director of stakeholder relations, during the 132-member directorate’s formal inauguration.

He said this as a warning to the party ahead of the elections in 2023 not to underestimate the candidates of other political parties.

Ribadu expressed confidence that the former governor of Lagos State would easily win the election on February 25.

Former governor of Osun State and founding national chairman of the APC, Chief Bisi Akande, presided over the inauguration ceremony, which took place at the PCC campaign office in Abuja.

The former head of an anti-corruption organization predicted that Tinubu will win the presidential election, but he also issued a warning that no candidate should be taken for granted.

We shouldn’t underestimate our competitors, he urged. We should put in a lot of effort to increase our margin of victory so that it will be enormous and sweet.

“Fortunately, we have a tough job ahead of us. Right now, our product is the most marketable one available. There isn’t a single candidate who is superior to ours.

“Asiwaju Tinubu is a successful individual, a well-educated administrator, and a daring politician. He can demonstrate something from his illustrious past; he won’t pick up skills on the job.

He also has a sizable network of friends and associates spread out across Nigeria, which greatly facilitates our outreach efforts. Even though we are practically guaranteed to win this election, we shouldn’t take any chances.

Ribadu noted that the 132 members of the directorate came from a variety of human endeavors and urged them to work cooperatively as one family in a friendly environment.

Before the 2023 presidential election, Ribadu stated that he had no doubt that the directorate would deliver the goods.

“We have chosen to separate the directorate’s operations into North and South in order to simplify operations. This is done to guarantee the accuracy and thoroughness of our work.

By creating thematic area units and leadership at the zonal and state levels, we are also employing bottom-up and up-bottom approaches simultaneously.

“The project will be governed by precise terms of reference to direct our activities and given tasks. We will go over in depth and provide you the instructions you need to get started right away after this formal occasion.

Akande revealed that he was pleased with the new directorate’s makeup midway through the program.

He also thought they would resume from where they left off on May 29, 2015, with the victory of the ruling party.
