Aisha Yesufu, a well-known activist and social critic from Nigeria, has refuted the assertion made by Bwala Daniel, the spokeswoman for the Atiku Abubakar presidential campaign, that Mr. Peter Obi, the nominee of the Labour Party, is unable to hold rallies in some Southeasterly locations.

Remember that Bwala had challenged the LP flagbearer and his followers to hold rallies in Awka, Umuahia, and Owerri as done in other regions of the country in a tweet on Sunday.

Pitobi, @PeterObi, and Labour tried with the Jos crusade and rallies in Kaduna and Lagos, Bwala said. On Mondays, a rally should be held in Awka, Umuahia, and Owerri. By avoiding your home country, you cannot retake it.

After the banned Indigenous People of Biafra, or IPOB, staged a sit-at-home protest on Monday, a campaign representative for Atiku made this statement.

However, on Tuesday, Aisha sent Bwala a tweet informing him that the Labour Party will host rallies in the locations he had indicated, and she invited him to attend.

“Peter Obi does not hold Obidient rallies,” she wrote. Several citizens are holding them on their own. The Peter Obi campaign will host rallies, and if Bwala wants to attend the rallies in Anambra, Abia, Imo, he is welcome to. He doesn’t have to be forced into making a snap judgment.
