His workmate Alex Unusual posted this information on the microblogging website.
The female reality star broke the heartbreaking news and pleaded for prayers.
According to Alex, Rico was in an accident hours ago, and the medical team is now attempting to revive him.
He may be in a critical situation, but she is choosing to be optimistic.
“Good morning, sweethearts,” she wrote. Please remember to pray for @iamricoswavey today. He was in a horrifying accident hours ago, and as I just left the hospital, the medical staff is still working to revive him. It is quite important. Staying upbeat is my goal.
