According to President Muhammadu Buhari, with the Nigerian military’s increased efforts, insecurity in the country would soon be a thing of the past.

This was expressed by the president over the weekend in New York during a meeting with Micheal Martin, the prime minister of Ireland.

According to President Buhari, Nigeria has been making steady progress toward eradicating chronic insecurity over the past few months thanks to new platforms and enhanced security force morale.

We will continue to collaborate with countries around the world, particularly in the use of technology, so that Nigeria can gain knowledge.

In a statement released on Saturday by his spokesperson, Femi Adesina, the President informed the Prime Minister that, in light of the COVID-19 pandemic experience, it was preferable for the globe to work cooperatively rather than independently to advance humanity.
