Ime Bishop, better known as Okon Lagos, a Nigerian actor, claims that Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s presidential candidate, is not getting support because he is a saint in the run-up to the 2023 elections.
Obi is receiving “huge love” from Nigerians, according to Okon Lagos via his Instagram page, since they view him as the “lesser of the evils” in their eyes.
The reason why Peter Obi has so much love and support from Nigerians is not because he is a perfect person or faultless. He had freely acknowledged that he is not a saint. He is adored because he is not a saint but rather a lesser evil in the race.
He captioned the picture with, ”
Just keep in mind that PO isn’t a saint in case you find the faults you so desperately desire. Both you and nobody else are. Have you yet received your PVC, in the meantime?
After withdrawing from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential primaries in May, Obi joined the Labour party.
Since then, especially among young people, he has become one of the favorites to win the 2023 presidential elections.
