Peter Okoye, one half of the famous singing duo P Square, said that he has nothing to lose if he moves his family.
The singer told his fans that God has been good to him and that he also has a home in the U.S.
During a live chat where he was responding to critics, a singer who has recently spoken out about the upcoming general elections in 2023, especially the presidential election, said that he owns two houses in the United States.
He also said, in pidgin, that if he leaves Nigeria, he has nothing to lose.
He said, “My brother, take a look at me. If e happen ehn, I get second home. When I talk about getting a second home, I don’t mean Nigeria. I already have two homes in the U.S., so don’t bother. I’ll go there and move my family, but I don’t want to; that’s not where we should go. That’s not what I want.
“Let’s get our country back, we live here. I have nothing to lose because I can see what people talk about online. I can’t lose anything. God don bless me. I’m lucky; I hear some people say, “You’re not from Lagos, are you?” I ask them, “Why don’t they send us to Lagos?” You don make am?”
