In a statement released on Thursday, the government said that all public and civil servants would be able to choose their PVC and use their right to vote in the July 16 governorship election.

This was said in a statement signed by Prince Wole Oyebamiji, who is the Secretary to the State Government.

The statement said, in part, “The Government of Osun State recognizes the importance of workers in the democratic process and knows that workers’ votes are the only way for them to get the kind of government they want.”

“The government doesn’t want anyone to miss out on the chance to use their constitutional right, especially since it affects their overall well-being and the security of their future,” the statement said.
