After a year and a half in Boko Haram’s captivity, an ABU student regains his freedom

After spending a year and a half in Boko Haram captivity, an Ahmadu Bello University student has regained his freedom.
Godwin Tanko revealed that the abducted student, Becky Inuwa, is a classmate of his, and that she was rescued by military.

He stated,

“Today I’m celebrating life, I’ve wept tears of joy for this news, this is Becky Inuwa, my course mate in ABU who was abducted by Boko Haram terrorists for over 112 years but has been rescued by our amazing Nigerian Army.”
